| APPLICATION |
Add 1 kg Mousse powder into 2,5-3 kg cold (+4ºC) water or milk and dissolve well. Beat the solution with high speed mixer for 4-5 min. Fill into service cups, and refrigerate for 1,5-2 hours. Then it is ready to serve. |
